SLOW FLOW Slower class with gentle flowing movement and longer held postures to nourish your connective tissue, increase your flexibility and de-stress your mind. Otherwise known as a moving meditation. Suitable for all levels.

ALIGN & FLOW This fantastic alignment based Vinyasa class is intended for the beginner or Yogis looking to tweak their form and deepen their practise.
