Beginners to experienced Yogis welcome!

VINYASA  A fun, dynamic class that will strengthen, stretch and reset your body, mind and soul using breath and music.

SLOW FLOW Slow gentle flowing movement classes. Longer held postures to nourish your connective tissue, increase your flexibility and de-stress your mind. Otherwise known as a moving meditation. Great for beginners, over-worked, stiff, and stressed bodies. A pleasant way to wind down the day.

ALIGN & FLOW Alignment based Vinyasa class intended for the Beginner or Yogis focusing on form to deepen their practice.

YOGA BASICS + TUNE- UP Ask your questions in this workshop-style class while spending time on your postures.

Get the most of your practice by learning the tips to leverage your experience to the next level. Beginners welcome.
Since our opening in 2016 regular Yogis experienced improved well being, weight-loss, toning, increased flexibility, better sleep, and healthier eating patterns. We recommend 2-4 weekly in studio, and 2-5 mins at home daily.
